How do the tees and hoodies fit?
Our apparel is unisex with an oversized fit. For a more tailored fit, we recommend that you choose a size smaller.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the UK, European Union and the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and United States.
We are currently working with our logistics partners to be able to expand our shipping operations to more countries. Stay tuned for updates on this subject and thank you for your understanding!
When will I get my order?
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days. You'll be updated about your order status by e-mail. In-transit times will vary based on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive 2-20 days after shipment.
What if my package never came?
Reach out to merch@raycast.com if you place an order and don't receive a shipping notice by e-mail within 5 business days or if your order hasn't arrived 20 days after it has been shipped.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it's placed?
No, you are not able to modify your order once it's placed, but if you would like to cancel it, please send an e-mail to merch@raycast.com.
Why are some apparel sizes already out of stock?
We encountered a few last-minute complications with our apparel manufacturers, resulting in some apparel sizes not being available in time for the merch store launch. We anticipate replenishing the out-of-stock sizes by February 2024.
Shipping
Once you've made a purchase, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.
Once your order is placed, it'll be shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak periods, processing times may increase.
Your order will be shipped from the United Kingdom. You might have to pay customs on your orders, but we are working hard to be able to cover those customs fees for you in the near future. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment's tracking information.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns and are unable to modify your order once it's placed. If you would like to cancel your order and replace it with a new one before it has shipped, please send an e-mail to merch@raycast.com.
